By downloading, accessing, or using Stay Positive (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App, whether on iOS, Android, or any other supported platform.

Use of App

Stay Positive offers daily affirmations, guided meditations, journaling prompts, and prayer reflections to support your personal wellbeing.

The App is provided for educational and personal wellbeing purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Section 03

Your Account

Creating an account requires accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Section 04

Content & Conduct

You agree not to upload harmful content, impersonate others, provide false information, or use the App in any way that breaks applicable laws.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Section 05

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, audio, imagery, and software — belongs to Stay Positive or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercialize any part of the App without our written permission.
